Welcome to Element Atlanta Midtown

Review of Element Atlanta Midtown

Element Atlanta Midtown is a well-regarded hotel that combines comfort with an engaging atmosphere. Located at 640-2 Peachtree St NE, this hotel boasts a commendable rating of 4.3, making it a popular choice for both short and long-term stays in Atlanta. Its proximity to key attractions, such as the Fox Theatre and the Georgia Aquarium, adds to its appeal for visitors exploring the vibrant Midtown area.

Guests consistently commend the hotel for its welcoming staff and exceptional service. Janine A highlights the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction, noting their warmth and friendliness. Particularly, the breakfast experience has garnered praise, with a variety of delicious options, including eggs cooked to order, ensuring a delightful start to the day. Kyle, a staff member, has left a lasting impression on guests, as his cheerful demeanor creates a positive dining atmosphere.

Andrea Elam expressed her fondness for the hotel, emphasizing the staff's dedication to making every guest feel secure and at ease. The fresh breakfast offerings and the clean dining area reflect the hotel's commitment to maintaining high standards, although a common concern arises regarding the parking situation. Several guests have pointed out that while the hotel provides top-notch services, the separate parking company is less than satisfactory, potentially detracting from the overall experience.

Additionally, visitors like 'kamuishr3' have shared their mixed experiences, with initial disappointments swiftly rectified by the hotel's stellar service. The spacious 800 square feet rooms offer a comfortable retreat, making it ideal for families or those seeking a bit more room to stretch out. The note regarding door security, while atypical, underscores the hotel's commitment to guest safety.

Element Atlanta Midtown features an array of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a business center, catering to both leisure and business travelers. The smoke-free environment and pet-friendly policy further enhance its suitability for various guests. Although it lacks a pool and does not offer an airport shuttle, its location makes up for these limitations, with easy access to cultural landmarks and the energetic downtown vibe.

Overall, Element Atlanta Midtown stands out for its attentive service and prime location. Its blend of modern amenities and personal touches makes it a compelling choice for those visiting Atlanta. While the parking issues warrant attention, the positive aspects of guest experiences at Element can assure potential visitors that they will find a welcoming home in the heart of Midtown.

We were here for a long-term stay while my husband was getting medical services at Emory Midtown nearby. The room and the location was great. The breakfast was delicious each morning with eggs cooked to order. But what made it most special with the level of service. Kyle at breakfast always greeted everyone with a smile. He’s so uplifting to start the day. Robert H at the front desk was also so kind. He went above and beyond as well. Thanks for a great stay!

I love this place. The staff always make me feel safe, comfortable, and at ease with every visit. The Element staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is fresh, and they keep the area clean. Great place to stay if you are in the midtown area!!!! HOWEVER, the only complaint i have would be the parking deck company, which is separate from the hotel. They are the worst. I have been held hostage in the parking garage at least 3x, and the garage staff members have horrible attitudes.

Our trip to Element was overall thoroughly enjoyable, but started out kinda rough. When we arrived, the front desk clerk was no where to be found. A security guard had to get her from watching T.V. on the other side of the lobby area. That combined with the "view" of the other side of the hotel kinda left us turned off to the hotel at the beginning. Thankfully, the rest of our stay was amazing. This is in large part to the other staff we encountered starting on the following morning. Especially the young man, Kyle, who helped us with breakfast each morning. He and the rest of the staff were upbeat and attentive. They really turned the experience around.

My family stayed here 1 night on the way to Florida from Indiana to visit the Georgia Aquarium. We had the huge 800 square feet room with 2 Queen beds. The room was awesome but I’m not sure if it’s symptomatic of the area where the hotel is located but there was a de facto note on the inside of the door asking room residents to keep the deadbolt on. While we always do that whenever we stay at hotels, it just felt a little surprising that they had to emphasize that. We were tired and it was late enough that we truly didn’t take the time to walk around downtown or go into the Fox Theatre right across. The parking garage is adjacent to the hotel and it cost $36 per day, and well worth it since it’s attached, covered and an easy shot to the hotel, with luggage. The lobby is on Floor 2 for check-in and you take separate elevators from parking garage to check in and then to your room floors. Breakfast was good, they had French toast that morning and Kyle in the breakfast area was a breath of fresh air to talk to and get the morning started. Coffee was good and the food was good and the breakfast area was plenty spacious.

I loved everything about this place except for the cost of the parking garage. I'd suggest the hotel try to negotiate a better pricing agreement with the garage owner. Other than that, the front desk staff was super amazing. The breakfast experience was enhanced with the presence of a Chef. They offered some very delicious options.
